Which laptop models can the K2 support?
The K2 fits all laptops with a front edge less than 2 cm and keyboard width greater than 27.5 cm. NEXSTAND is also able to hold Microsoft Surface Pro when used with an external keyboard and mouse.
What are the dimensions when folded in the carry bag?
The K2 measures 35.4cm (14”) by 4cm (1.5”) by 4cm (1.5”) when folded up.
What is the difference between the K2 and the K7 model?
The NEXSTAND K2 is our original and flagship laptop stand with 8 different height adjustment settings. The NEXSTAND K7 was launched in 2019 as a lite version of the K2. The K7 is a laptop riser so it is not height adjustable like the K2. However the K7 is more compact and lighter than the K2.
What material is the stand made from?
NEXSTAND laptop stands are made from industrial-grade reinforced nylon and high quality metal fittings.
Do your products come with a warranty?
NEXSTAND warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship within 1 year of the purchase date.
Can I get a refund on my purchase?
We will issue a full refund in the case of:
- Dissatisfied with the product (within 30 days of receipt).
- Faulty product (within 1 year of receipt).
We will not refund your shipping cost to return the item.
How do I return a faulty item?
We accept returns to our UK distribution centre.
To initiate a return, email us at email@example.com and include your order number in the subject. We will email you instructions on how to return your item to us.
We aim to reply within 24 hours and process all refunds within 72 business hours of the returned item being received at our distribution centre.
